Our stag and hen packages combine hands-on butchery sessions, fire-building, outdoor cooking, and a communal feast. Depending on the group, we can add a simulated deer stalk, rifle training, or a full bushcraft experience.

For private dining we cater from as few as 8 guests. For larger events and festivals, there is no upper limit - we have catered for 500+ at shows and festivals.
Every event is bespoke, so pricing depends on guest count, menu complexity, location, and duration. As a rough guide: private dinners start from around 45-65 per head, larger events from 25-45 per head, and festivals are priced on volume. Get in touch for a tailored quote - it is free and takes under 24 hours.
We are fully self-contained. If there is outdoor space for a fire, we can set up. Gardens, fields, estates, beaches, festival grounds, car parks, rooftops - we bring all equipment and leave no trace. For indoor venues, we set up cooking outside and plate inside.
Absolutely covered. While we specialise in wild game, we always offer vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free, and allergen-free options. Every menu is bespoke, so we design around your guests' needs from the start.
Peak season (May to September) books up fast - 2-3 months ahead is ideal. For winter events and festivals, 4-8 weeks is usually enough. But always check - we will move mountains to fit you in if we can.
We focus on the food and fire. For drinks, we are happy to recommend bar hire partners or work alongside your own setup. We can provide mulled wine, hot cider, and warm drinks for winter events.
This is Britain - we plan for it. We bring gazebos for the cooking stations and prep areas. The fire itself handles rain without issue. For guests, we recommend your venue has a covered fallback area, but honestly most people gravitate to the fire regardless of weather.
Yes. We are based in East Sussex but regularly travel across the UK - London, Kent, Surrey, Hampshire, Midlands, and Scotland. Travel fees may apply for events outside the South East. Just ask.
