Paramount Pictures hired Game and Flames to create a fully themed menu for the Yellowjackets Season 2 launch - a dark survival drama set in the wilderness. We designed concept dishes served on edible soil, airplane wreckage sheets, and willow skewers to match the show's aesthetic.
The menu included: American-style cheeseburgers on edible soil with savoury moss, chalk stream trout cured in gin on crunchy flatbreads with vine leaves and dill, BBQ chicken on whittled willow skewers served on spruce branches, vegan corn dogs on plane-wreckage sheets with ketchup and American mustard, vegan meatballs on edible soil with sprouting herbs and a spicy blood-red river yoghurt dip. Cocktails: Paramount blue foraged gin fizz and a maple and cinnamon whisky sour.
Originally hired for live fire cooking, we pivoted to a fully themed concept experience when health and safety requirements changed. Creative problem-solving under pressure is what sets us apart.

Game and Flames is an award-winning live fire catering company led by chef, hunter, and fire specialist Cai Ap Bryn. We specialise in wild game and sustainably sourced farm meats, cooked exclusively over open fire using Argentine asado techniques.

Our Paramount TV job, for example, was a fully themed concept menu with no fire cooking at all - bespoke dishes served on edible soil, airplane wreckage sheets, and whittled willow skewers.
